Our services

We offer guided Cybertruck tours and point-to-point rides in the Sedona area. Bookings are made through our website and are subject to availability. We may update tour offerings, schedules, and pricing at any time.

Booking & payment

When you book, you authorize payment through our payment processor (Stripe). Depending on the booking, we may place an authorization hold and capture payment at or after the time of service. You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour or ride and you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we'll do our best to reschedule you for another date at no extra charge. If we cancel — for weather, a vehicle issue, or driver availability — you'll receive a full refund. Questions about a cancellation or refund? Contact us at hello@cybertours.net.

SMS / text messaging terms

Our text-message program is optional and separate from creating an account, booking, or making a purchase. If you choose to opt in — by checking the SMS consent box on our Text Alerts page — you consent to receive transactional, booking-related text messages from Sedona CyberTours, including booking confirmations, tour and ride reminders, scheduling or pickup changes, and replies to questions you send us. Consent to receive these text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your consent to receive texts is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; we do not sell or share your number for third-party marketing.

Assumption of risk & waiver

Our tours and rides are off-road, motorized activities that carry inherent risks, up to and including serious injury. Before participating, every guest must agree to our Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk (a parent or legal guardian agrees on behalf of any minor). By booking you accept that Waiver — which includes a release of our ordinary negligence and does not release gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct — and you agree to follow the safety instructions of our guides and drivers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sedona CyberTours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
