• Booking details — the tour or ride you select, date, time, and pickup/drop-off locations.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the site, to keep it working and improve it.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and process your bookings.
• To send you booking-related messages — confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and replies to your questions — by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To operate, secure, and improve our services, and to comply with the law.

SMS / text messaging

Our text-message program is entirely optional and separate from creating an account, booking, or any purchase — you never have to agree to texts to use Sedona CyberTours. You opt in only by visiting our Text Alerts page (cybertours.net/sms) and checking the SMS consent box — we do not collect SMS consent anywhere else on our site. If you opt in, we may send you transactional, booking-related text messages — such as booking confirmations, tour and ride reminders, scheduling or pickup changes, and replies to questions you send us. Consent to receive these text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@cybertours.net.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your phone number, or your SMS consent, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your opt-in is used only to send you the booking-related messages described above.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database providers, and our email and text-messaging providers — and only as needed to deliver our services. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Opt out of text messages anytime by replying STOP.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@cybertours.net.
